We do not collect card details
FlightsMzansi does not ask users to enter payment-card details into its editorial pages or general contact channels. Payment takes place on the booking provider’s controlled checkout when a user elects to continue.
Before paying
Check the web address, provider identity, currency, final total, passenger names, itinerary, baggage and fare restrictions. Do not approve an unexpected one-time password, push notification or bank authorisation.
Booking confirmation
A valid confirmation should identify the booking provider, itinerary, amount, payment status and reference number. Save it securely. Contact the provider shown there for ticketing, changes, cancellations or refunds.
Fraud and impersonation
FlightsMzansi will not request a password, card PIN or one-time password by email or general messaging. Treat pressure to pay into an unrelated personal account as suspicious. Report suspected impersonation and notify the bank or card issuer promptly.
Security limitations
Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no internet transmission or system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Users remain responsible for device security, strong credentials and checking the destination of external links.

Questions, rights requests and notices may be submitted through the contact page. These provisions must be read with applicable South African law; no clause excludes a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
