FlightsMzansi publishes general travel information and provides access to comparison or affiliate tools. Unless expressly stated in a provider checkout, FlightsMzansi is not the airline, travel agent, merchant, insurer, immigration authority or ticket issuer.
3. Third-party transactions
A transaction is concluded with the provider identified at checkout. Its price, currency, fare conditions, privacy notice, payment rules and cancellation or refund terms govern the booking. FlightsMzansi cannot access, amend or refund an independently issued reservation.
4. Prices and availability
Results are dynamic and may change until confirmed by the provider. Cached, illustrative or editorial amounts are not offers or guarantees. Taxes, baggage, seats, payment charges and other services may change the final total.
5. Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must provide accurate names and dates, check documents and entry rules, review baggage and fare conditions, protect booking credentials and retain the confirmation and provider contacts.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
FlightsMzansi branding, original copy, structure and graphics are protected. Lawful personal research is permitted. Systematic scraping, framing, impersonation, circumvention, malware, denial-of-service activity and misleading use of the brand are prohibited.
7. Editorial limitations
Reasonable care is taken, but travel facts change quickly. Verify safety, health, visa, border, airline and airport matters with the responsible official source.
8. Availability and changes
A feature may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal or commercial reasons. Continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightsMzansi is not responsible for independently controlled provider acts, schedule changes, border decisions, lost baggage or indirect and consequential loss. Nothing excludes fraud, gross negligence or liability that applicable law prohibits from being excluded.
10. User responsibility and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for loss caused by unlawful misuse, infringement or material breach. This does not transfer risks that law requires FlightsMzansi to bear.
11. Disputes and governing law
South African law governs these terms. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the contact channel. Statutory consumer, privacy and court remedies remain available.
12. Severability and updates
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Material updates apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
